The hotel had a warm and cozy decoration that made us feel at home during our Xmas stay. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh Italian food, especially the handmade cakes and bread. The location was perfect, near to the main attractions and with easy access to public transport. we enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks offered in the afternoon.
The room was a bit small and lacked natural light, which made it feel slightly claustrophobic at times. , some of the staff were not as helpful as we would have liked, especially when it came to carrying our luggage or providing information about the city.

The hotel offered free wireless internet and plenty of free parking spaces, making it easy to explore the area by car. The breakfast selection was good, offering plenty of options to start the day. the staff were welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay.
The room on the top floor felt somewhat cramped due to the lack of windows, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was less than helpful, as they did not assist us with our luggage and were not clear in their directions to the elevator.
